PianoSoft Solo provides piano music only. With these disks, your piano’s keyboard and pedals are directed by the software to play pre-recorded piano solos.

PianoSoft Plus and Plus XG provide piano music and digital instrumental backgrounds. These disks are exactly like PianoSoft Solo disks, but with the bonus of instrumental accompaniments which are played back through speakers attached to your piano.

PianoSoft Plus Audio provides piano music with real audio backgrounds. Like PianoSoft Plus and Plus XG, these CDs will play your piano along with background music. The accompaniments on these CDs, however, are actual recorded audio, including vocals and live instrumental performances.

Smart PianoSoft provides piano accompaniment to audio CDs. When a CD is inserted into the Disklavier’s CD drive along with it’s matching Smart PianoSoft disk, your piano will play along with the songs on the CD, adding a new musical layer to your favorite albums.

Pianolab software is produced by Pianolab Studios in Rehlinger, Germany. Much like PianoSoft Plus XG, Pianolab’s software provides piano performances along with digital instrumental accompaniments.

Virtuoso Performance software contains recordings of live piano performances from some of today’s most talented pianists. These disks, like PianoSoft Solo disks, provide solo piano performances without accompaniments.
