**If you are using Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic and the program does not load correctly, please do the following steps:
1. Right click on the applications launch icon.
2. Select "properties."
3. In the properties dialogue, choose the "Compatibility" tab.
4. Click the "Disable visual themes" option.
5. Click "Apply"
6. Click "OK"
